WARRANTY INFORMATION

WARRANTY COVERAGE
Warranty obligations for the '911alertec pro-switch' are limited to the terms set forth below:
Provided that the purchaser with in 60 days of purchase submits the required information on our 'Website Product Registration for Warranty' found by
911alertec warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by 911alertec within the Warranty Period, at its option, 911alertec will (a) replace or (b) refund the purchase price of the product.
WARRANTY TRANSFER TO NEW OWNER
Should you sell your home or place of business, warranty coverage is transferable to the new owners for the balance of the coverage provided that you fill out a 'Warranty Transfer' with in 60 days of change of ownership. To transfer the warranty
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, incorrect connection, incorrect voltage, misuse, misapplication, modified, or non-911alertec products; (b) if any manufacturer serial number, and/or model number has been removed or defaced.
No 911alertec reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their province, state or country of residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations to the extent that liability under such consumer protection laws and regulations may be limited, liability is limited, at its sole option to replace place product or refund the purchase price of the product.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Should your product be defective due to materials or workmanship, you will be reimbursed for the postage to send the unit to our shipping department and 911alertec will prepay the postage to return you a replacement.
